Queens-based Licensed Home Care Agency seeks an experienced Home Health Aide Coordinator.
Responsibilities include:
- Assigning Home Health Aides to provide services to patients.
- Maintain HHA schedules in Sandata scheduling software program.
- Entering employee and patient information in software.
- Verifying HHA services on Santrax software.
- Other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
- On-call duties.
Must have at least 1 year of home care coordinator experience. On-call duties will be required.
Must be organized, able to multi-task and have strong interpersonal skills.
Bi-lingual skills a plus.
Computer skills preferred, in particular experience with Sandata, HHA Exchange, and Santrax a plus.
